Citizen Outreach CEO Dan Burdish sent a letter today urging Carson City District Court Judge Todd Russell to reject Secretary of State Ross Miller’s recommendations for a “masters” panel on redistricting, including an objection to former Senate Minority Leader Bill Raggio for being biased against Republicans who ousted him from his leadership post last year.
